USB Flash drives are a perfect way of ensuring your customers receive your valuable company information. In place of sending an email or CD Rom, why not have your Flash Drives preloaded with your corporate profile, price list or sales proposal.
USB Flash Drives can be preloaded with all file formats including:
- PowerPoint Presentations
- Microsoft files including Word, Excel and Publisher
- PDF files
- Video files
- Music files
- Adobe Flash files
Preloaded data is loaded onto your flash drives during production.Files for preload can either be emailed to us or if over 10MB mailed to us on CD or DVD.
Auto Run feature allows your preloaded presentations and videos to launch automatically when Flash Drives are plugged in. Auto Run is a feature not available on standard flash drives and works by adding a file to the root of the Flash Drive called autorun.inf.
Auto Run is a great way of ensuring that your customers see your important files and presentations.
It is important to know that some companies may disable auto run files from working for security reasons. Your customer will still be able to open and view your file but the auto run feature will not work.
File lock ensures your preloaded data cannot be erased by the end user. This technology is similar to that of a CD Rom. Your files are loaded on to the Flash Drive as protected files allowing the user to utilise the remaining memory as a regular flash drive.
